Programme rules

Commissions are paid monthly, typically within the first 5 business days of each month
Minimum payout threshold is ₦10,000 — balances below this roll over to the next month
Referral tracking uses a 30-day cookie plus permanent account-level attribution
Commission is calculated on the net subscription amount, excluding taxes and payment processing fees
Smart Estate reserves the right to pause commissions in the event of a disputed or fraudulent subscription
Payouts are made to Nigerian bank accounts only (subject to update as we expand)
Programme terms may be updated with 30 days' notice to active participants
Commissions continue for as long as the referred subscriber remains active — no time cap

Eligible referrals

New subscribers only — existing Smart Estate accounts do not qualify
Self-referrals are not permitted; you cannot refer yourself or accounts you own
The referred party must complete a paid subscription (free trials do not trigger commission)
One referral commission per new subscriber — only the first valid referrer is credited
Referrals made through prohibited channels (spam, misleading advertising) will be voided
Referral codes may not be posted publicly on coupon or discount aggregator sites
