Yes. You can upgrade or downgrade your plan at any time from your customer portal. Upgrades take effect immediately, and we'll credit any unused portion of your current billing period. Downgrades take effect at the next renewal date.
We currently guide buyers through demos and controlled onboarding so you can see the product before committing. A shorter self-serve Smart Estate trial tier is planned, and the IDX Plugin already has a live demo environment at mls.smartestateio.com for shortcode testing.
All payments are processed securely through Paystack. We accept Nigerian debit cards (Verve, Visa, Mastercard), bank transfers, and USSD. Your subscription renews automatically each month or year until cancelled. All prices are in Nigerian Naira (NGN).
Annual billing charges you for 12 months upfront at 20% off the monthly rate. For example, Smart Estate IDX Starter at ₦15,000/mo would be billed as ₦144,000 once per year — saving you ₦36,000 compared to monthly billing. You can switch between monthly and annual billing from your portal at renewal.
You can cancel at any time from your customer portal. Your subscription stays active until the end of the current billing period, then stops. For IDX Plugin subscribers, the shortcodes stop rendering live data when your subscription expires — your WordPress site is otherwise completely unaffected. No data is deleted.
No. Setup is designed to take under 20 minutes. For the IDX Plugin, you install the WordPress plugin, enter your license key, and paste one shortcode. For CRM, you connect your WhatsApp Business account and import your leads. Agency and Brokerage tiers include a dedicated onboarding session with our team.
